I am a psychologist and psychotherapist with a specialization in behavioral therapy and schematherapy. Born in Germany as a child of Polish immigrants, I am familiar with being bilingual and multicultural. I offer psychotherapy in English, German and Polish. Since feelings cannot be changed directly, changing your thoughts and perspective as well as changing behavioral patterns indirectly influences your emotions. Developing new views and perspectives is helpful to cope with problems and tension in a more flexible way.

 

Enhancing acceptance and mindfulness as well as training compassion for yourself and others have great impact on becoming more satisfied with yourself and your life.
